Mathletes Multiplication Boot Camp

Course Description
Do you want your child to feel confident in math throughout their years in school? Learning and mastering the Multiplication Tables is an accomplishment that students will benefit from and use throughout their lives.
In this interactive class, students will get a lot of practice and learn just how much fun math can be. Students will learn new tips and tricks and learn how to quickly answer any multiplication problem from 1 to 12.
Ages & Prerequisites
This course is recommended for 3rd to 5th graders. We may potentially provide a similar course for 6th to 8th grade students in the future based on demand. If you are interested in enrolling a student in the 6th to 8th grade, send us a message.
Perquisites include:
- Addition of single, double, and triple digit numbers mentally or on paper
Course Topics
- Multiplication tricks for numbers 0–12
- Practicing multiplication using different games
- Quickly computing simple multiplication mentally
Course Dates & Class Structure
- Weekly in-person sessions (total of 6 sessions)
- Dates: Tuesdays
- Time: 5:15–6:30 pm
- Assessments and games are included.
- Students are expected to participate in class activities and discussions.
- To fulfill course objectives, students must practice the weekly skill on a daily basis until the following session.
- Students will receive a certificate upon completion.
Additional Details
Attendance, punctuality, and participation are requirements for any effective course. More than one unexcused absence may be grounds for withdrawal. Students are expected to report anticipated absences as early as possible.
