This course will serve as an introduction to religious pluralism and interfaith dialogue from an Islamic perspective. We will explore the notion of religion from a Qur’anic perspective and reflect critically on God’s plan for humanity in creation and guidance.
Time permitting, the following topics will be covered:
Attendance, punctuality, and participation are requirements for any effective course. More than one unexcused absence may be grounds for withdrawal. Students are expected to report anticipated absences as early as possible.
To bypass scheduling conflicts and to customize instruction according to level, most Islamic programming is organized by demand only. We offer you the opportunity to form your own group and choose a preferred time slot while considering the instructor’s availability.
